Once again it's been a few weeks since I updated. I have a really good
reason this time. on 9/11 yep September 11th. My husband was admitted to
the hospital with a BP 210/144 and stayed there for 9 days. We learned
he has kidney Failure and we have a long road ahead of us. I'm also 31
weeks pregnant. I"m still going along on getting everything together to
Baby Theus. I have a few videos to post. We also did our Maternity shoot
yesterday so I will post those as well. I am going for my last 3d
ultrasound tomorrow. I don't see the midwife until Oct 8th because I had
to reschedule due to dialysis. I'm due in 9 weeks !!! I could have
Theus is 5-6 weeks and I would be happy with that !!

28 week update
So It's been a few weeks since I updated. I try and write here weekly, but I'm hitting the 3rd Trimester. The Kids are all back in full swing of school and after school sporting events which spill over into the weekends. My house seems to have been neglected and I still need to find time to put on the finish touch on Theus's room. Emmaleigh 6th birthday was a few weekends ago. With all that said. I video my weekly updates, but never got around to typing up what was going on that week. You will have to watch the video's to see which I will post below cause at this point I can't even remember. I'm in full force pregnancy brain. If it weren't for my iphone I would miss every doctor appointment. Forget to pick up my kids and get lost on the other side of town. I did start some project's today. I'm starting to pack the Hospital bag. I went and did a tour of the hospital Monday ! Loved it ! can't wait to be there holding Theus. I've only packed my breast pump so far... I may end up borrowing an actually suit case for the hospital. For the baby I have a diaper bag packed. a few diapers since we don't plan on going stright home from the hospital I will have to pick up the older kids from the Grandma's. I dropped of Theus Shirt and hat to be monagrammed and I ordered big brother/sister T shirts and little brother T shirt. Those will be done late Sept early Oct. I saw my midwife Monday ended up seeing Ester again this time. Cathy was on her way out the door with a mama in labor. I had my Glocose test done a few days eariler and it back back fine along with my Thyroid. My iron it getting low so I guess I will be taking Iron for the rest of my pregnancy. I went over some of my birth plan. I'm still finalizing it. Today I went and saw the specialist. Theus Is head down. Cervix looks good, Placenta looks look. Theus is 2lbs 13oz. I'm good to go with the midwifes no reason to think I'll have another premature birth like Emmaleigh. All good news. I had some crazy dream this week about the baby being born and how much he weighed. watch this weeks video to hear about that. I was sick earlier this week which really sucks when your pregnant. Lucky I started feeling better today. orange juice and soup are amazing. I'm starting to get more and more BH contractions. It's been 6 years since I had a baby I hope I'm up to 8 hours of pain and no sleep again. Other than that baby and I are doing wonderful we should have a baby in 8-10 weeks. Which Is crazy !!! I'm trying to get things ready. We bought a new seat for my 2nd row in the car so I can now fit all 6 kids !!! That was one major thing that was stressing me out. I put the carseat and stroller together by accident today. I just wanted to see what the base looked like. I couldn't get it out the box by itself. I flipped the box and everything came out..... Then I found the manual...I wondered what this took....It said to open the stroller so I did. It said to put the front wheels on until they snap in place and tug on them to make sure they are in place so I did. then the back wheels. Then the adult drink tray, and then the child drink tray. Then the basket hey look it all done...What about that base again. I didn't care about that anymore:) I also bought a jogging stroller to help loose the baby belly !! So at 28 weeks pregnant I have 2 strollers !! I also have put my hubby to work. I made him put a 2nd coat of paint on the walls. and paint the closet as well as start on the closet floors. tomorrow I'm hoping to get Mattheus Ayden's letters for the wall up and ready to go and the molding in the room. to start staining the closet floor. I also bought wooden blocks to spell out his name for our photoshoot around the end of the month and decided to keep them on his dresser. I still have plans to paint a chair and mirror frame for his room. I think I might be nesting ........

Birth Plan of Danielle T.
Mother-To-Be:Danielle T., Father-To-Be: Darin T.
We are looking forward to sharing our birth experience with you. We have created this birth plan in order to outline some of our preferences for birth. We would appreciate you reviewing this plan, and would be happy to do so with you. We understand that there may be situations in which our choices may not be possible, but we hope that you will help us to move toward our goals as much as possible and to make this labor and birth a great experience. We do not want to replace the medical personnel, but instead want to be informed of any procedures in advance, and to be allowed the chance to give informed consent. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or comments. Thank you!
Please Note
My bloodtype is Rh- (Rhesus Negative) however so is the baby's Father.

Labor
Please perform no routine prepatory tasks (shaving, enema, etc.)
I expect that midwifes, doctors and hospital staff will discuss all procedures with me before they are performed.
I would like to be free to walk, change positions and use the bathroom as needed or desired.
I prefer to wear my own clothes, rather than a hospital gown.
I prefer to eat and drink throughout labor, as desired.
I will remain hydrated by drinking moderate amounts of fluids (water, juice, ice chips).
Please do not administer an IV or heparin lock unless there is a clear medical indication that such is necessary. I wish to labor freely in the birthing tub or shower. As long as our baby is doing well, I prefer that fetal heart tones be monitored intermittently with an external monitor or doppler, even if the membranes have ruptured.
Please allow me to vocalize as desired during labor and birth.
Please do not permit observers such as interns, students or unnecessary staff into the room without my permission.
To preserve my privacy and dignity, I would prefer that everyone knock before entering.
I would like Isabella & Darin Tassin to stay though-out the Labor as they Desire, unless there is a medical emengency in which case. Isabella will be pick up and Darin would to stay with me the baby.
Labor Augmentation/Induction
I would like to avoid induction unless it is medically necessary.
If my pregnancy progresses past 40 weeks, I would prefer to base the decision to induce on the results of our baby's biophysical profiles, not on my own personal discomfort or impatience.
I would like to try alternative means of labor augmentation, like walking or nipple stimulation, before pitocin or artificial rupture of membranes is attempted.
Anesthesia/Pain Medication
Please do not offer anesthesia/analgesia unless I ask for it, by name.
If I ask for pain relief, please feel free to offer non-medical choices for coping and/or remind me how close I am to the birth.
Cesarean Section Delivery
I feel very strongly that I would like to avoid a cesarean delivery
If a cesarean is necessary, I expect to be fully informed of all procedures and actively participate in decision-making.
I would like Darin Tassin to be present during the surgery.
Please explain the surgery to me as it happens.
I would prefer epidural anesthesia, if possible, in order to remain conscious through the delivery.
If possible, please do not strap my arms to the table during the procedure.
If conditions permit, I would like to be the first to hold the baby after the delivery.
If possible, I would like to breastfeed our baby immediately after the birth.
Please lower the screen just before delivery so I may see the birth of the baby.
Perineal Care
I prefer not to have an episiotomy unless it is medically indicated.
To help my perineum stretch, please help guide my pushing efforts by letting me know when to push and when to stop.
I would rather tear than have an episiotomy.
Please administer local anesthesia when repairing any episiotomy or tear(s).
Please suture tears only if necessary.

I would like the opportunity to touch our baby's head as it crowns.

Immediately after the birth
Please place the baby on my stomach/chest immediately after delivery.

I prefer to wait for spontaneous delivery of the placenta and do not want a routine injection of pitocin. Please show me the placenta after it is delivered.
I would like to take the placenta home with me.
Newborn Care
I would like to hold our baby skin-to-skin during the first hours to help regulate baby's body temperature.

I would like to waive the administration of Vitamin K.
I do not want any vaccination giving to our baby at the time of birth.
